The Consignment Process
1. Initial Review
Submit clear photos (front, back, both sides, base, under the head, and any flaws or damage) along with a brief description. The more detail you provide, the better we can evaluate your item.
2. Evaluation & Pricing Strategy
We assess authenticity, condition, rarity, and current market demand. A pricing strategy is agreed upon before any item is listed.
3. Shipment to Us
Once approved, items are shipped at the consignor's expense following the packing standards outlined below.
4. Professional Listing & Sale
Each piece is professionally presented with detailed descriptions and targeted exposure to serious collectors.
5. Payment
Funds are issued within 14 days after the sale is completed and payment has cleared.
Shipping & Handling Requirements
Proper packing is critical. These items are fragile, and the condition directly impacts value.
- Wrap the head and body separately using bubble wrap
- Use a rigid, high-quality box (double-box recommended for higher-value items)
- Place a foam ring (pool noodle) around the neck, or lightly pack inside the head with soft material (such as tissue) to limit movement
- Eliminate all internal movement—items must be fully secured
- Ensure the head is not bearing weight or pressure
- Ship with tracking and full insurance coverage
Important: Items that arrive damaged due to insufficient packing will be valued accordingly.
Consignment Terms
- Commission: 10% — Consignor receives 90% of net proceeds after deducting the payment processing fee (3.49% + $0.49 per transaction) and outbound shipping cost
- Listing Period: 4 months
- Unsold Property: Returned upon request (return shipping at consignor's expense)
All terms are confirmed prior to acceptance.
Processing Fee Disclosure
A credit card processing fee of 3.49% + $0.49 per transaction is deducted from the gross sale price before calculating the consignor's payout. This fee is the actual amount charged by our payment processor and is passed through at cost — we do not mark it up. Outbound shipping costs are also deducted before calculating the payout.

Fee Policy
We believe in full transparency. No fees are hidden or marked up. Each party is responsible for the fees applicable to their role in the transaction:
- Buyers: Pay only the listed item price plus shipping. No additional fees are charged when paying by credit or debit card at checkout. If PayPal is selected as a payment method, any applicable PayPal transaction fees will be the buyer's responsibility and will be reflected in the transaction total.
- Consignors: The actual payment processing fee (3.49% + $0.49) and outbound shipping cost are deducted from the sale proceeds before calculating your 90% payout. These are passed through at cost — we retain only our 10% commission.
- Store: We earn our 10% commission only. We do not profit from processing fees or shipping charges.
